I absolutely love China Best. The food is prepared deliciously with care. It is one of few Chinese restaurants where I don't feel like I've just eaten a pound of grease. The owners are Gracious and the service is always great. If you're headed up the 14- this place is worth a stop!

Very nice place, friendly staff, good food. This is where we go when we want something quick and easy and don't want to drive all the way to Albuquerque for it. My favorite dishes here are the Szechuan dishes. The restaurant is often empty, it seems most of their business is take-out. They have a web site where you can even order your take-out on line.

This place is my go-to for relatively healthy takeout when I'm on my way home after a long day. Their veggies are always fresh and the dishes are well seasoned, not overdone. They're very friendly in there too.

Top notch Chinese food! My sister and I we are local to the East Mountains and have seen China Best up by the Triangle market but have never gotten food there. Tonight we got a hankering for some Chinese but didn't want to drive into Albuquerque to get some. I remembered China Best and we decided to try them out. I had no idea what to expect. Probably the usual borderline gross standard Chinese food. Thankfully were both very pleasantly surprised! We ordered two Hot and Sour Soups, an order of Hunan Beef, and an order of Garlic Shrimp with steamed rice (no brown rice option :P). Got the food home....and it was -amazing-! Now my sister and I travel a lot and are major foodies, so for me to give a place even four stars....well it has to be outstanding. And this was! Everything was hot and -really- fresh! The vegetables were all really fresh with a really good variety not a lot of "filler" veggies. The beef was excellent, and the shrimp were huge! And the Hot and Sour soup...ohhh man! They use all the traditional Chinese vegetables and tofu in their soup. The broth was great! The sauces in the stir-fries were exceptional! They were very quick with the take-out too. Everything was ready in about ten minutes! Outstanding! My only itty-bitty complaint would be that they do not offer steamed brown rice for us East Mountain hippies ;) But other than that, our experience was just fabulous and we -will- be repeat customers!

Surprisingly good Chinese-American food. I had the Mongolian 3-flavor and the beef was really good and the shrimp was huge and tasty! My wife's noodles were also good. Will definitely be going back regularly. Oh, and the portions are huge.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
